All users of the off road facility must be aware
of the following rules. Riders who deliberately ignore rules will
be asked to leave and any persistent offenders will not be allowed
any future use.
Riders must be aware that they are not insured
for Personal Injury by KNE and ride at their own risk.
- As of February 2011 the off road area is available
to trials bikes only.
- Any rider under the age of 17 yrs MUST BE
SIGNED IN AND SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES BY THEIR PARENT OR RESPONSIBLE
ADULT. It is the adults' responsibility to ensure junior riders
are aware of the rules and abide by them.
- Protective clothing must be worn at all times
i.e. helmet, gloves, boots or sturdy footwear. Body armour is
recommended.
- Vehicles must be parked in the designated
car parking area
- Bikes must not be ridden in the kart paddock,
the car parking area or up and down the access road at any time.
- Upon arrival you must sign in and display
a sticker on the fairing of your bike otherwise you will be asked
to leave.
- Any concerns a rider may have regarding behaviour
or safety must be reported to a marshal or reception.
- Any injury to any person must be reported
to reception immediately so that relevant procedures can be followed.
- Karting North East are not responsible for
the loss or theft of any equipment.
- Anyone using foul or abusive language will
be asked to leave and not allowed further use of the area and
membership will be suspended.
- No passengers are allowed at any time.
ALL USERS OF THE OFF ROAD AREA MUST OBEY THESE
RULES TO ENSURE SAFETY.
ANY RIDER NOT ADHERING TO THESE RULES
WIL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
