Since opening in 1996 Karting North East has
seen a steady and consistent growth in the amount of owner drivers
using the facility. It's available to cadets, 4 stroke and 2 stroke
karts (excluding gearbox) from 9am until 7pm weekdays (5pm finish
for 2 strokes) subject to availability depending on hire kart activity.
The Tyne & Wear Kart Club run monthly race
days here at Warden Law. Full information regarding club membership,
practice and race days is available on the club website www.twkartclub.com.
The circuit is available exclusively for owner
drivers on Sundays from 9am until 1pm when not an owner driver or
hire kart race day. The first Sunday being reserved for the Tyne
& Wear Kart Club race day and the third Sunday for the hire
kart race day (dates may vary, please check with circuit prior to
arrival). If you are travelling to Karting North East for the race
weekends, electric hook up and overnight stays can easily be arranged.
In addition we have kart storage lockers available
for hire to save the inconvenience of towing and home storage. Please

Our on site shop is well stocked with parts and
spares for both 2 and 4 stroke karts as well as a good selection
of new and used karts. We're happy to offer advice on all aspects
of karting.
