All users of the off road facility must be aware of the following rules. Riders who deliberately ignore these rules will be asked to leave and any persistent offenders will not be allowed any future use.
Riders must be aware that they are not insured and ride at their own risk.

The off road area is available to all types of trials bikes. In addition, 4 stroke bikes up to 125cc. No motorcross bikes of any description are permitted.
Non-racing quads are allowed up to a maximum of 125cc.

Any rider under the age of 16 MUST BE SIGNED IN AND SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES BY THEIR PARENT OR RESPONSIBLE ADULT. It is the adults' responsibility to ensure junior riders are aware of the rules and abide by them.

Protective clothing must be worn at all times i.e. helmet, gloves, boots or sturdy footwear. Body armour is recommended.

All trials bikes must stay in the area to the east of the site. All other bikes must stay on the separate circuit and follow the one way signs at all times.

Vehicles must be parked in the designated car parks which are clearly marked. Car park for trials bikes is located at the top of the hill, with all other riders using car park against the fence.

Bikes must not be ridden in the kart paddock, the car parking area or up and down the access road at any time. Riders must walk their bikes to the circuits.

Upon arrival you must sign in and display a sticker on the fairing of your bike otherwise you will be asked to leave.

Any concerns a rider may have regarding behaviour or safety must be reported to a marshal or reception.

Any injury to any person must be reported to reception so that relevant procedures can be followed.

Karting North East are not responsible for the loss or theft of any equipment.

Anyone using foul or abusive language will be asked to leave and not allowed further use of the area.

No passengers are allowed at any time.

Riders must stay within the designated area.
ALL USERS OF THE OFF ROAD AREA MUST OBEY THESE RULES TO ENSURE SAFETY.
THE AREA WILL BE MONITORED AND ANY RIDER NOT ADHERING TO THESE RULES WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
