| Riders must be aware of the
following rules when using this circuit for Mini Moto testing.
To ensure safe and enjoyable testing the following rules must
be applied. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result
in Mini Motos not being allowed onto the circuit. |

The cost is £15 per bike.
Any rider going onto the circuit must sign on at reception.
A sticker will be issued which must be attached to the fairing. |

All riders must wear a class
B road legal helmet, overalls, boots, padded gloves and knee
sliders. Padded overalls are recommended. |
| 3 |
Any rider under the age of 18
must be supervised by an adult at all times. |
| 4 |
All mechanical work and refuelling
must be done in the paddock area. |
| 5 |
Any concerns a rider has regarding
behaviour or safety must report it to a member of staff who
will deal with the situation. |

Any injury to any person must
be reported to reception so that the relevant procedures can
be completed. |
| 7 |
Spectators and young children
are not allowed onto the circuit or pit lane, but may spectate
from behind the wooden fence. |
| 8 |
Karting North East are not responsible
for the loss or theft of any equipment whilst at the circuit. |
| 9 |
Any rider using foul or abusive
language will be asked to leave and not permitted further use
of the facility. |
| 10 |
Any rider found on the circuit
without having paid will be asked to leave. |
| 11 |
Riders must not allow other
inexperienced people to ride their machines at any time. |

Warning systems must be adhered
to i.e. yellow lights - slow down no overtaking, red lights-
stop, black flag -return to pits. |
| 13 |
Riders must not stop on the
circuit to make repairs or adjustments at any time. |
| 14 |
Riders must always stay on the
designated circuit and not take any short cuts. |
| 15 |
In the event of too many riders
being on the circuit, we may split into groups and run sessions. |
| 16 |
No riding in paddock area at
any time. |
| 17 |
Young novice riders must use
the bottom circuit until they are competent to deal with more
traffic. |
