The level of service we received on our day at Karting North East was exemplary.  From the initial phone call to Lauren Watson, through to the warm welcome we all received when we arrived, was of a level that was second to none.  From our arrival at the circuit all the way through to the race itself was of a high professional standard of which every other Karting track should learn from.

All the facilities were maintained to the premier standard and health and safety issues followed through to the highest degree.  All the staff were kind and courteous and everyone at Giant Film & TV would highly recommend this track to everyone and we look forward to visiting you again soon.

Keep up the good work and high standard Karting North East.  It was an experience we all very much enjoyed.

Just a note to thankyou for the evening karting in May.  We had a great time with customers and staff enjoying themselves throughout.  Even the weather couldn't dampen our spirits!

A big thankyou to your team for their professionalism and organisation.  Obviously it is a potentially dangerous sport but your team allowed us to relax and get on with the race and yet we all felt comfortable with the safety.

I would also like to thank the catering team for a superb barbeque, everything was delicious and there was plenty of it.  Unfortunately this was the reason my team came seventh as we were enjoying the food rather than concentrating on keeping the 'racing snake' figure.  Or at least that's my excuse.

Finally those karts are fantastic!!  We will definitely be booking with you again but next time make sure I'm kept away from the food!!
